Build Confidence, Clarity, and Self-Trust — Without Waiting for a Crisis
Virtual therapy for adults focused on boundaries, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, and self-esteem — with a particular focus on women navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions.

I provide virtual therapy for adults (18+) who are functioning in their daily lives but feel overwhelmed internally. Many clients come to therapy feeling anxious, self-doubting, or stuck in patterns of people-pleasing or over-functioning, and want support building confidence, boundaries, and self-advocacy skills. Therapy here is focused on skill-building, insight, and practical change — helping you feel more grounded, capable, and confident in your relationships, work, and daily life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work together to develop emotional regulation, communication, and boundary-setting skills that support long-term growth and resilience.

What is my copay or reimbursement rate for therapy sessions?
-
How many sessions per year are covered?
-
Do I need a referral or pre-authorization prior to starting therapy?
